| 摘 要： | 大学生要求入党的热潮不断升温,同时大学生在理想信念方面存在不确定性、入党动机明显呈现出功利性、言语和行动之间表现出一定的反差性。大学生入党动机正确与否,直接关系到学生党员队伍的质量。只有把大学生入党动机问题解决了,才能真正贯彻“从思想上建党”的原则。笔者通过对大学生入党动机状况和影响大学生入党动机的多种因素进行分析,并针对存在的问题提出了相应的对策。 |
