摘    要:介绍了以不锈钢尾渣、粉煤灰为主要原料,采用浇注法制备以透辉石、硅灰石为主晶相的微晶玻璃工艺,并通过软熔区间测定、热分析、XRD等测试方法研究了微晶玻璃的熔化温度、晶化温度及晶相组成。试验结果表明,以不锈钢尾渣为主要原料,用浇注法制备微晶玻璃是完全可行的,为不锈钢尾渣的资源化利用开辟了一条新的途径。

Abstract:In this paper, the preparation of glass-ceramics with the main crystalline phases of diopside and wollastonite by stainless steel slag and fly ash using casting method was introduced. The soft melting interval measurement, thermal analysis and XRD tests were used to study the melting temperature, crystallization temperature and crystalline phase of the glass-ceramics.The results showed that it is feasible to produce glassceramics using the stainless steel slag as raw material with casting method. And it does find a new way to utilize the stainless steel slag resources.
