| 摘 要： | 在现代社会,知情权是公民从事政治、经济、文化和个人生活的一个必要条件,是公民享有权利和履行义务的前提。我国公民行政知情权缺失现状仍较为严峻。文章以“法治理念”的缺失为切入点,简要归纳行政知情权中“法治理念”缺失的现状并进行成因分析,最后提出相应的对策思考。

| Abstract: | In modern society,the right to know is necessary condition for citizens engaged in the political,economic,cultural and personal life,and is the premise for citizens' rights and obligation.The status of the deficiency of administrative right to know was still more severe.From the deficiencies of the notion of "ruling by law",the article briefly summarized the status of the deficiencies of the notion of "ruling by law" in administrative right to know and analyzed the causes,proposed appropriate countermeasures finally. |
