桩锚-土钉墙支护基坑变形特性分析——以昆明某基坑支护工程为例

摘    要:在昆明某基坑支护工程中采用桩锚-土钉墙联合支护体系的基坑支护方案,并对基坑开挖过程中周边土体水平位移、沉降及周边建筑物处土体沉降进行了监测分析。结果表明,基坑开挖过程中周边土体最大水平位移接近15mm,最大沉降接近22mm,周边建筑物处土体最大沉降接近20mm,均小于变形预警值,达到基坑支护要求。

Abstract:The supporting scheme of soil nailing wall combined with anchored pile was applied in a foundation pit excavation project in Kunming. The soil horizontal displacement and soil settlement around the foundation pit, and the soil settlement near the adjacent buildings were monitored and analyzed. The result shows that the maximum horizontal displacement is about 20 mm, the maximum soil settlement is 22 mm, and the soil settlement near the adjacent buildings is about 20 mm. All the soil deformation values are smaller than the prewarning value, showing that the scheme meets the foundation excavation requirement.
