太阳能热发电用双层壁蓄热单元数值模拟

摘    要:利用FLUENT软件中的凝固/熔化模型,对采用双层壁圆筒内填充相变材料(PCM)蓄热的太阳能热发电高温相变蓄热单元的蓄热过程进行了数值模拟研究,在保证蓄热量的前提下,得到了在第3类边界条件下不同管径蓄热单元内相变材料熔化过程中温度和液相率曲线及液相率的分布云图,并对结果进行了分析,掌握了太阳能热发电高温相变蓄热单元相变过程的规律,为太阳能热发电高温相变蓄热器的优化设计提供了重要参考价值和理论依据。

Numerical simulation of double wall heat storage unit used in solar thermal power generation
Abstract:By using the solidification/melting model of FLUENT software, the heat storage process of phase change material (PCM) filled in double wall heat storage unit used in solar thermal power generation was simulated numerically. Under the premise of ensuring the heat storage amount, considering the third boundary condition, the change curves of the temperature and liquid rate and the distribution clouds of the liquid rate phase change material filled in different diameters were obtained. The results were analyzed, and the phase translation rules of high-temperature phase change thermal storage applied in solar thermal power generation unit were obtained. The thesis provides important reference and a theoretical basis for solar thermal power generation with high temperature phase change thermal energy storage container optimization design.
