基于Fuzzy-AHP的钢桁梁供应链责任主体风险研究——以白居寺长江大桥为例

摘    要:为了提高工程建设中项目管理的效果,促进项目建设健康发展,基于狭义建设供应链视角,对白居寺长江大桥钢桁梁责任主体进行风险分析,通过层次分析法建立钢桁梁供应链风险评估指标体系,运用模糊评价法对责任主体进行风险评价.可以确定在钢桁梁供应链中施工方风险程度最大,并针对施工单位的六个风险因素进行重要度排序,提出相应的对策建议.

Abstract:In order to improve the effect of project management in engineering construction and promote the healthy development of project construction.Based on the perspective of the narrow construction supply chain,conduct a risk analysis of the main body responsible for the steel truss girder of the Baijusi Yangtze River Bridge Through the AHP,a risk assessment index system for Steel truss girder supply chain is established.Using fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the risk of the responsible subject.It can be determined that the construction party has the greatest degree of risk in the steel truss beam supply chain,and the importance of the six risk factors of the construction unit is ranked,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
