Abstract:Pure electric vehicles are the future development trend of automobiles,and the braking system is extremely important.Therefore,it is necessary to study the braking system of pure electric vehicles.This paper mainly studies the permanent magnet synchronous motor control of the electromechanical brake system,establishes a mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and uses the PI control method to control the displacement loop,speed loop and current loop of the permanent magnet synchronous motor.The simulation results show that the control method in this paper can well control the output displacement of the motor,thereby controlling the displacement of the push rod of the master cylinder driven by the mechanical assist system.
