Research on the Measurement of High-quality Development Level in Anhui Province Based on the New Development Concept

The measurement of high-quality development level in Anhui Province has important practical significance for the high-quality economic development of the province,and also has important reference significance for the high-quality development of other provinces and cities.Under the guidance of the new development concept,this paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system from four dimensions:innovation-driven development,regional coordinated development,green development,and development achievement sharing.The high-quality development level of prefecture-level cities was measured.In the process of analyzing the scores,it is found that the overall innovation level of Anhui Province is relatively low,and there are large differences between the regional cities;the regional coordinated development level of the regional cities is relatively uniform,but the overall coordination level is not high;The green development level of the prefecture-level cities is at the middle and upper level;most of the prefecture-level cities are seriously insufficient in the sharing of development achievements.Finally,four suggestions are put forward,including implementing the new development concept,developing independent innovative enterprises,establishing an integrated innovation mechanism for production,education and research,and coordinating urban and rural development.
