跨座式单轨构架焊缝疲劳分析方法研究

摘    要:
构架是跨座式单轨车辆的承载基础,其焊接结构的强度与可靠性事关车辆运行安全.跨座式单轨车辆运行期间构架受到轨道梁路面的激励以及指形板的冲击.为提高构架焊缝结构疲劳计算精度,本文考虑构架自身结构固有动态特性对疲劳性能的影响,建立了一套的疲劳计算分析方法.

Abstract:
The frame is the load-bearing foundation of straddle-type monorail vehicles,and the strength and reliability of its welded structure are related to the safety of vehicle operation.During the operation of the straddle-type monorail vehicle,the frame is excited by the road surface of the track beam and the impact of the finger plate.In order to improve the fatigue calculation accuracy of the frame weld structure,this paper considers the influence of the inherent dynamic characteristics of the frame structure on the fatigue performance,and establishes a set of fatigue calculation and analysis methods.
