富水上软下硬地层土压平衡开仓换刀施工技术研究

针对富水地层开仓换刀存在诸多不确定性因素的技术难题,本研究结合福州地铁6号线滨海新城站~壶井站区间盾构开仓换刀施工,通过对盾构近期掘进参数、工程地质、水文地质情况进行分析的基础上,提出了先进行盾构机防包裹保护、水泥砂浆置换土仓渣土填仓,施作盾尾止水环,再进行地表深孔注浆加固,确保开挖仓掌子面稳定的前提下;再常压进行刀具更换、带压清理刀盘开口固结砂浆的施工方法。此方法在确保安全的提前下,进一步提高了工效,可为类似工程提供借鉴作用。

Research on the Construction Technology of Opening and Changing the Tool for the Earth Pressure Balance of the Rich Water and the Soft Lower Hard Stratum

In view of the technical problems of many uncertain factors in warehouse opening and knife changing in water rich stratum,combined with the shield warehouse opening and knife changing construction between Binhai Xincheng Station and Hujing station of Fuzhou Metro Line 6,based on the analysis of the shield's recent tunneling parameters,engineering geology and hydrogeology,it is proposed to carry out the shield machine anti wrapping protection,cement mortar replacement and soil bin filling,The shield tail water stop ring shall be constructed,and then the surface deep hole grouting reinforcement shall be carried out to ensure the stability of the excavated warehouse face;The construction method of tool replacement under normal pressure and pressure cleaning of the consolidated mortar at the opening of the cutter head.With the advance of safety,this method further improves the work efficiency,and can provide reference for similar projects.
