| 摘 要： | 在邓宁的区位优势理论基础上,本文选择经济发展水平、市场容量、劳动力工资水平、基础设施、集聚效应、自然资源、制度因素、对外开放程度和产业结构等要素,利用我国1994-2007年的面板数据,对我国制造业FDI和服务业FDI进行比较,分析外商直接投资的动机。结果发现我国的经济发展水平、市场容量、集聚效应、自然资源是制造业FDI流入的主要动机;经济发展水平、市场容量、制度因素和开放程度是服务业FDI流入的主要动机。

| Abstract: | Based on the Dunning′s location advantages theory,this paper selected economic development,market capacity,labor force salary levels,infrastructure,agglomeration effects,natural resources,institution,openness and industrial structure,used the panel data from 1994 to 2007 on FDI inflows in China′s manufacturing and services to analyze and compare the motives of foreign direct investment.The results showed that economic development level,market capacity,agglomeration effect and natural resources are the main motives of FDI inflows in manufacturing;economic development level,market capacity,institutional factors and the degree of openness are the main motives of China′s FDI inflow in service sector. |
