Distribution center's site selection is crucial to logistics planning,which involves numerous elements,while traditional method of location selection process rarely considers the interaction between indicators.This paper chooses principle component analysis in the process of distribution center's site selection,which can eliminate the correlation between various indicators and reduce the workload of indicators choosing and then several candidate program should be selected and chosen by the method of expert evaluating.Finally practical examples for choosing the distribution center of WISCO's logistics,are cited in the paper to illustrate the effectiveness.
