格尔木市位于柴达木盆地南缘,是青藏高原第三大城市,青海省第二大城市,由于其特殊的地理位置、交通位置以及资源优势,城市发展势头非常迅猛,随着西部大开发,其发展优势逐渐显现出来,文章就格尔木今后在经济发展中的战略优势进行全面地分析定位,提出今后城市发展中的措施和目标。

STRATEGIC RESEARCH OF THE URBAN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FOR GEERMU

Geermu Municipality of Qinghai province is located at the south of Chaidamu basin that it is the third city of Qinzang Plateau and the second city of Qinghai province. It has been developing quite promptly for recent years because of the geography, communicational position and upon the advantages of the resources. The municipal advantages have been visualizing gradually which throughout the western China great exploitation. This article is overall analyzed and oriented to the strategic advantages of economic development, and pointed out and paid much attention to developing strategy and policy of Geermu Municipality in the future.
