| 摘 要： | 当前软件企业的人才需求与高职教育培养的人才规格存在着很大的反差,主要原因是高职院校的人才培养方案与企业的需求相距甚远,必须进行相关改革,其中校企合作是一条捷经。本文以我系与江苏微软中心、北大青鸟的联合办学为例,提出以企业工作过程为导向的基于工学结合的"233"人才培养模式,引进企业真实案例,实行学生"真实工作",论述方案改革的若干问题。
