| 摘 要： | 以城市化进程较快的广东省作为研究区域,基于国内外人口城市化与土地城市化关系方面的理论和研究进展,采用相关和回归分析方法,对广东省1996-2007年间城市化进程中人口城市化与土地城市化之间的关系进行了研究。结果显示,1996-2007年间,广东省人口城市化与土地城市化水平之间显著正相关,土地城市化水平每增长1%,户籍人口城市化水平增长约15%;与全国范围内土地城市化快于人口城市化不同,广东省土地城市化与人口城市化的进程基本同步。

| Abstract: | Taking Guangdong Province for example which has rapid urbanization,this article analyzes the characteristics of land urbanization and population urbanization during 1996-2007 based on the theories and research findings made by both domestic and foreign scholars.Relation and regression analysis demonstrate that there is a significant correlation between land urbanization and population urbanization,that when the level of land urbanization increases 1% the level of household population urbanization increases by about 15.1%,and that different from the whole situation of China,the level of land urbanization coordinates with the level of household population urbanization in Guangdong Province. |
