| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代以来,随着经济全球化与区域经济一体化的不断加深以及中国加入WTO,跨国公司进入我国的方式发生了重大的转变。众多知名跨国公司在华的子公司都纷纷通过外方增资扩股、收购中方股份、重组合资企业或直接投资等方式实现了控股和独资。本文应用理论模型分析了东道国吸收能力对FDI选择投资方式的影响,并且利用1996～2006年中国省际层面的相关数据,就吸收能力对FDI投资方式的决策作了初步分析。检验结果表明,东道国吸收能力对FDI独资选择有显著的正面效应。
