| 摘 要： | 专业化是高职院校教师的发展目标。高职院校在加强师资队伍专业化建设中要建立教师教育体系,完善教师的专业知识结构;加强校企合作,不断提升教师的专业能力;建立和完善激励机制,强化教师的专业态度,激励优秀教师脱颖而出。

| Abstract: | Specialization is the goal of development for teachers in higher vocational colleges.In the construction of teachers' ranks,we should establish teachers' educational system,perfect teachers' knowledge structure,strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprises,advance professional ability constantly,construct incentive mechanism,and intensify professional attitude of teachers in higher vocational colleges. |
