| 摘 要： | 文章在分析新形势下地勘单位所处的状态、具有的优势与劣势的基础上,就管理思维创新和规范运作的关键点进行了阐述,提出只有找准定位,明确发展方向,提高政策研究水平,强化制度创新建设与执行,创新激励约束机制,重视精益型员工队伍建设,重视高绩效企业文化建设,才可能在新形势下做到创新管理与规范运作,促进地勘单位科学可持续发展.
