| 摘 要： | 民营经济作为我国国民经济中越来越重要的部分,其的发展也就成为关注的对象。企业生命模型是一种新的企业成长理论范式,本文重点从其经济学逻辑出发,分析了我国民营企业的现状,进而提出发展民营企业的几点建议。

Life Model of Enterprise is a new theory on enterprise growth. The paper analyzes the present conditions of Chinese private enterprises in the aspect of economic logic and puts forward some suggestions to develop private enterprises. |
