金融危机背景下中小企业生存风险抵御研究——对企业非正常生命周期死亡的思考

中小企业的生存和发展，有自身的生命周期。然而，在许多情况下，中小企业并没有遵循自身的生存轨迹而突发破产死亡。中小企业生存风险抵御是一个系统性的框架，文章在金融危机背景下，通过对影响中小企业生存的主要系统性指标进行分析，得出了中小企业风险抵御的五维度模型：社会和谐度与企业及产品认可维度、产业维度、财务维度、技术与核心竞争力维度、企业治理制度维度的中小企业生存风险系统性抵御模型。建设中小企业系统性风险预警机制对中小企业生存风险抵御具有必要性。

On Survival and Risk Defense of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in Background of Financial Crisis——Thoughts on Non-normal Death of Enterprises in Life Cycle

Small and medium-sized enterprises survive and develop in their own fife cycle. However, in many cases, some small and medium-sized enterprises did not follow their own trajectory and went bankrupt unexpectedly. In fact, there is a systematic framework for survival and risk defense of small and medium-sized enterprises. In the background of the financial crisis, the paper analyzes the impact of main systematic indicators on survival of small and medium-sized enterprises, and builds the five-dimensional model of risk defense, that is, the dimension of social harmony, corporate and product recognition, the industrial dimension, the financial dimension, the dimension of technology and core competitiveness and the dimension of corporate governance system. It is necessary to build the risk advance warning mechanism for the survival and risk defense of small and medium-sized enterprises.
