| 摘 要： | 本文通过深入调研山东、河南两省土地使用权流转改革和金融支持的实践,分析比较了几种土地流转典型案例的异同,认为枣庄案例具有较强的借鉴和推广价值;并在分析当前土地使用权流转存在问题的基础上,提出了进一步推进土地流转和加大金融支持的政策建议。
