| Abstract: | This paper elaborates the low-carbon economy from the aspects of substance and meaning,shares the efforts of foreign real estate development in low-carbon,analyzes the development of the Chinese real estate enterprises in low-carbon economy,proposes the main factors of restricting the Chinese real estate enterprises＇ development,and gives advices on the low-carbon development of real estate enterprises. |
