| Abstract: | Establishing a warning system of financial risk of real estate is an effective method to control the financial risk of real estate; warning method is the core of warning system. This paper analysis the common warning methods and financial risk warning model, combines with the characters of real estate financial risk, and chooses dynamic information fusion method as the warning method to research real estate financial risk. |
