开放条件下中国零售组织的市场结构与政策选择

摘    要:对于开放背景下中国零售组织的结构政策,政府处于两难处境。本文分析认为,在目前开放条件下,在短期内,为与跨国零售企业竞争的需要,政府应鼓励国内零售企业作大作强,多形成几个国内零售寡头与跨国零售企业进行竞争,构建以寡头市场为主的市场结构;从长远来看,从消费者利益考虑,垄断竞争的市场结构将是较为理想的选择。文章最后提出了具体的构建策略。

Abstract:In the opening China,our government is in dilemma as to the policy of the structure of retailing organizations.In the current open market,the government should encourage domestic retail enterprises to enlarge their scale in a short period so as to set up a few more domestic retail oligarchs and form a oligarch-centered retail market structure to compete with the multinational retail enterprises.From a long-term point of view,the market structure of monopolistic competition is an ideal choice under the consideration of consumers' benefit.The last part of the article proposes some concrete constructive strategies.
