物流产业集群是物流产业发展的必然路径。物流产业集群的形成并非偶然,而是具有其自身的规律与内在机理。信任机制是物流产业集群形成与发展的重要动力机制之一。文章首先对物流产业集群以及信任等相关概念进行界定,在此基础上以声誉约束机制为切入点,剖析物流产业集群单次交易中信任的形成机理;其次,利用博弈论相关工具阐释多次交易中信任的形成机理;最后,以相关理论分析为基础,提出促进物流产业集群信任机制形成的相关政策建议。

A Study of Trust Mechanism in Logistics Industrial Cluster and the Related Policy Suggestion

The development of logistics industrial cluster is not by accident,and it has its own internal mechanisms.Trust mechanism is very important to the birth and development of logistics industrial cluster.Firstly,the paper will clarify the concepts about logistics industrial cluster and trust.Secondly,it will study how the trust comes into being in single-time deal with the reputation restriction mechanism.Thirdly,it will study the internal mechanisms of trust shaping in repeated deals by Game Theory: for the infinite times deals,it will study the trust mechanism based on rational calculations;for the finite repeated deals,it will study the trust mechanism by KMRW model.Finally,it gives some suggestions to the government to accelerate the development of trust mechanism in logistics industrial cluster.
