妇科肿瘤术后应用厚朴排气合剂对胃肠功能恢复的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨厚朴排气合剂对妇科肿瘤手术后胃肠功能恢复的影响,评价此药剂的安全有效性。方法采用随机对照的原则,将316例妇科肿瘤患者分为治疗组198例,对照组118例。治疗组口服厚朴排气合剂治疗,对照组口服马来酸曲美布汀片治疗,24h后观察疗效。结果治疗组的患者术后第一次肛门排气以及进食的平均起效时间有明显缩短,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论厚朴排气合剂促进妇科肿瘤手术后胃肠功能恢复,疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the magnolia officinalis exhaust agent for gynecological tumor surgery gastrointestinal functional recovery, and the influence of the evaluation of its effectiveness and safety. Methods Randomized controlled principle, 316 patients with gynecological tumor patients were divided into treatment group and control group in 198 cases of 118 cases. Treatment group received oral magnolia officinalis exhaust agent treatment group, oral maleic acid trimebutine tablet treatment, observation curative effect after 24 hours. Results Treatment group patients postoperative anal exhaust and eating food for the first time the average onset time significantly shortened, comparing with control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈 0.05). Conclusion Magnolia officinalis exhaust agent promote gynecological tumor surgery gastrointestinal functional recovery, curative effect is distinct.
