Analysis on Technology Innovation and Risk Markets' Financing of SMEs in China

In recent years, the SMEs are playing an increasingly important role in economic development and restructuring, and the SMEs＇ survival and development would not run without the support of technology innovations. This article analyzes the technology innovation of SMEs in China; the feature and operational model of risk financing market by learning from the development status of domestic and foreign SMEs＇ technology innovation and risk financing market, proposes that there are some relationships between risk financing market and technology innovation, and emphasizes the importance effect of risk financing market on SMEs technology innovation, then discusses the cultivation and development of risk financing market and the way of promoting SMEs＇ technology innovation. At last, this article gives some measures to solve the dilemma of merging between technology innovations and risk financing market of SMEs＇ in China.
