| 摘 要： | 基于对系统定义及特征的分析,提出一般系统作用机制模型,然后从战略变革导向的企业战略学习机制的系统本质入手,结合一般系统作用机制模型,从企业战略学习系统环境、企业战略学习系统组成要素和企业战略学习系统愿景3个方面,全面剖析战略变革导向的企业战略学习机制,最后提出战略变革导向的企业战略学习机制模型。
