摘    要:建立有效的对企业家的激励和约束机制是提高企业效率的重要因素,本文运用企业家理论、企业管理者理论、契约理论和人力资本理论的分析框架,分析了国有企业的企业家特性、效用函数和行为模式,从而针对国有企业的企业家讨论了包括报酬机制、控制权机制和声誉机制在内的企业家激励机制和包括企业内部直接监督机制和外部市场竞争机制的企业家约束机制。

Abstract:To set up effective incentive and constraint mechanism to entrepreneur is a main factor to improve the efficiency of state - owned enterprises. The paper analyses the characteristics of entrepreneur in state - owned enterprises, effect function and behavior pattern by applying the analysis framework of entrepreneur theory, enterprise management theory, contract theory and human capital theory . With the analysis of these factors, the paper sets up a more general analysis mechanism model, including the incentive mechanism of recompense, governing authority, reputation and the constraint mechanism of inner direct supervision and outer market competition.
