摘    要:德国作为世界经济强国之一,自上个世纪50年代开始,人力资源管理在企业中的作用就不断深化扩展,发展到21世纪"人力"已经不再作为生产成本要素,而是作为企业投资未来的成本;人力资源管理部门在企业中的地位,既是一个探路者,又是一名领跑军,并在探索中引领成功的未来。

Abstract:Germany,as one of the world economic power,since as early as 1950s,human resource management has constantly been evolving within enterprises in Germany.In the 21 century human labor has been no longer considered a production cost,but widely recognized as a crucial investment for the company's future;the human resource department within an enterprise acts as not only an adventurer,but more importantly,a pioneer leading the enterprise to its future success.
