| 摘 要： | 针对我国入世背景，从完善我国建筑业法律法规，建立健全信息网络，建立统一的建筑业管理体制与建筑市场，完善行业协会职能，采取适度保护措施，建立健全有中国特色的建设工程风险管理机制六个方面提出了应对措施。
