摘    要:介绍了耐火可塑料在延长酒钢不锈钢热轧加热炉使用寿命上的应用及使用效果,并详细阐述了隐患改进方案的制定、耐火可塑料的特点及施工砌筑注意事项,延长加热炉炉顶及炉墙使用寿命的同时,可改进炉况、降低能耗、节约维修成本。

Abstract:The application and effects of refractory plastics in extending the service life of Jiugang Stainless Steel hot-rolled heating furnaces are introduced,and the formulation of hidden danger improvement plans,the characteristics of refractory plastics and precautions for construction masonry are explained in detail.While extending the service life of the furnace roof and furnace wall,it can improve furnace conditions,reduce energy consumption and save maintenance costs.
