| 摘 要： | 文章采用一般均衡的方法,得出改善区域金融生态和推动区域发展有助于增加区域金融资源配置的结论。依据区域金融生态与区域金融资源配置之间的显著关系,提出了区域金融资源配置效用模型。据此模型设计出大陆省域金融资源配置的多种方案,并选取其中一种方案与实际金融资源配置现状做差异分析。文章最后针对区域金融资源配置受制于区域金融生态的客观要求,提出了改善区域金融生态环境与推动区域发展(或开发)并重的政策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper makes a conclusion that driving regional development and improving regional financial ecosystem(RFE) in terms of supply and demand would help to increase the regional allocation of finance resource(RAFR).According to the marked connection between RFE and ARFR,we present an efficacy model of RAFR to scheme kinds of blue print about our country provincial RAFR,and choose one to make a difference analysis between theory and reality.Finally,facing the objective request of RAFR constrained by RFE,both improving RFE and driving regional development should be equally promoted. |
