| 摘 要： | 打造＂首都经济圈＂是我国区域发展总体战略的重要组成部分,对于保障首都功能实现、提升区域竞争力和引领我国经济转型和崛起具有重要意义。本文明确了＂首都经济圈＂范围界定的原则、具体范围、圈层划分及各个城市的职能分工,提出要充分发挥国家层面的规划引导作用,明确＂首都经济圈＂的核心功能,创新区域合作的体制机制,推动基础设施一体化建设,强化生态环境建设和绿色发展,实现区域经济一体化发展。
