转型期奥肯定律的变异及我国治理失业的思考

奥肯定律是西方经济学中描述失业率和经济增长之间反向变动关系的定理。中国作为一个世界人口大国，改革开放以来取得了瞩目的经济增长成就。然而中国持续的经济增长却伴随着失业率逐步上升，经济的增长并未带来就业的持续增加，二者呈现出非对称性，转型期的中国奥肯定律出现变异。基于此，相当长时期内，我国面临劳动力供求总量矛盾和就业结构矛盾同时并存的压力，对失业的治理和缓解突显。试图对目前失业状况的分析寻求有针对性的解决措施。

The Variance of Okun's Law and the Consideration on Unemployment During the Transition Period in China

Okun's law describes the reverse relations between the unemployment and economic growth rate in the western economy. As a large population country, China has obtained excellent achievements since the reforming and opening policies. But the sustainable economic growth keeps the same pace with the rising of unemployment. The growth of economy has not brought the sustainable rising of employment.Okun's law is deviated during the transition period in China. As a result, China faces the pressure of the contradiction between labor supply and demand and the employment structure. Therefore, the unemployment controlling is prominent. This paper analyses the current unemployment situation and gives some countermeasures.
