| 摘 要： | 本文分析了目前货运组织工作中存在的问题,以昆明铁路局货运中心组织改革为背景,引入客户关系管理的相关概念,利用现有货运系统的信息资源,初步提出了铁路货运中心辅助决策支持系统的设计方案。
