| 摘 要： | 2001年11月26日，国务院公布了《反倾销条件》，它相对于1997年制定的《反倾销和反补贴条例》已有较大的完善，但与WTO《反倾销协议》和欧盟、美国的反倾销法相比，仍存在不少差距。我们应根据我国的实际，特别是要适应加入WTO后形势发展的需要，在充分吸收GATT《1994年反倾销守则》基本规则的基础上，积极借鉴欧盟、美国反倾销法的先进立法经验，在实践中进一步完善我国的反倾销立法。

| Abstract: | On viewing the fact that the renewed Anti - dumping Regulations issued by the State Council is much bettered over the previously issued Regulations on Anti - dumping and Anti - subsidy, and that it has still drawbacks in comparison with those relevant regulations issued by the WTO, European Union and the U. S. A, the paper suggests that Chinese government take for reference overseas' practice in regulation - formulating, clauses- determining and procedure - implementing so as to make perfect the current Anti ?dumping Regulations. |
