摘    要:随着社会主义市场经济的发展,中国国企逐步向股份制有限公司转型,管理体制的改革迫在眉睫,架子队管理新模式应运而生。文章结合作者在中铁公司的实际工作和学习,总结了架子队管理模式的优越性及在实际实施当中存在的客观难点,同时,针对出现的难题提出了有效的建议解决方案。

Abstract:With the development of the socialist ma rket e conomy,the Chinese state-owned enterprises is gradually transition to a joint-stock Co.,Ltd.,the management system reform is urgently needed,shelf team management of the new model came into being.Based on the actual work and study of author in the iron company,this paper summed up one new era of labor and employment management mode the superiority of the shelf fleet management mode in which the actual implementation of the objective difficulty,and puts forward the recommended solution for the appeared problems.
