地勘队伍微观经济管理模式的理论与实践

地勘单位所属的二级单位是地勘队伍的微观经济之基础所在,其中主导产业地质勘查和支柱产业勘察施工的管理模式选择对推进地勘队伍企业化改造具有十分重要的意义。文章从现代企业制度的基本特征、生产关系对管理模式的基本要求出发,对地勘队伍现行微观管理模式进行了剖析,提出模拟分公司和新型项目部有机结合的管理模式是地勘队伍微观管理模式的现实选择。并结合辽宁省地勘局近年来的实践,介绍了这种管理模式的基本做法,存在的问题和今后的发展方向。

Theory and Practice on Microeconomic Management Modals of Geological and Prospecting Enterprises

Subsidiary units of geological and prospecting enterprise are basis of microeconomic management.Its main industry is geological and prospecting,its pillar industry is engineer geology and construction.The select of their management modals is very important to improve the reform of geological and prospecting enterprise.The paper analyzes the current micro-management modals of geological and prospecting enterprise on the basis of modern enterprise system and demand of production relations.The author thinks that management modal of combining branch-company with department-project is optimum select.Then the paper introduces operating method of this management modal in the light of specific condition of Liaoning Provincial Geological and Prospecting Bureau,faced problem of this model and its development direction.
