| 摘 要： | 本文在对第三方物流企业M公司的库存管理现状分析基础上，对库存产品重新进行ABC分类．并提出了具有安全库存和高低存储量报警功能的(S，s)库存订货模型，并用这个模型解决了一个具体的第三方物流公司在库存订货模型方面存在的实际问题．

| Abstract: | This paper will first reclassify the inventory by using the method ABC, then propose a (S, s) inventory order model with the function of the safe stock and the highest and lowest amount warning, based on the analysis to the current inventory condition of the third logistics M company, and a true problem happened to a third logistics company has been solved out by using this model. |
