浅议“泛珠三角”内的金融合作

“泛珠三角”经济圈诞生后,圈内金融合作要不要进行,要如何进行?已成为一个值得我们思索的热点问题。本文认为,“泛珠三角”经济圈必须进行金融合作,并提出“泛珠三角”经济圈进行金融合作的途径:建立双层合作机制,即利用深港合作已有基础,同时开展深——港澳、内地其他各地——深圳两个层次的合作,以打破体制障碍、条块分割的弊端,实现圈内金融业的有效合作,从而促进圈内经济的发展。

Discussion about the Regional Financial Cooperation in Pan-PRD

After the birth of the Pan-PRD Economic Region, it has become a hot issue that whether the regional financial cooperation in Pan-PRD is necessary. If the answer is yes, then how should it be operated? In this paper, the author proves the regional financial cooperation in Pan-PRD is indispensable. And he also proposes to create a two-levelled cooperation mechanism, of which the first level is the cooperation of Hongkong-Macao and Shenzhen and the second level is the cooperation of Shenzhen and the other regions of Pan-PRD. The author believes such an arrangement would be able to eliminate the disadvantages of institutional obstacles and separate division, and would eventually promote the economic development of Pan-PRD by achieving effective regional financial cooperation in it.
