基于交易费用的物流业外商投资方式变迁分析

入世前与入世保护期内,物流外商在华直接投资方式以中外合资合作为主,而2005年后,中国物流企业正式对外资全面开放,从而使物流外商投资由中外合作合资阶段变迁为外商控股独资阶段。这种变迁的主要原因并非只是某些人认为的物质转换成本的降低,更重要的是交易费用降低的结果。

An Analysis on the Change of the Modes of Logistics Foreign Investment Based on Transaction Cost

Before entrance to WTO and in the period of protection,the main modes to introduce logistics foreign investment is to establish cooperative enterprises or joint ventures.Since the full openness of China's logistics industry in 2005,logistics foreign investment has turned the cooperative or Sino-foreign joint venture modes into the share-holding company or solely-owned foreign investment modes.The transformation mainly results from the decreasing of transaction cost instead of lowering the material transfor-mation cost as generally considered by some people.
