高职院校寝室文化建设的探索与实践

高职院校寝室文化建设对于推进校园文化建设,促进学生身心发展,提升学生综合素质非常重要,也非常必要.笔者结合高职院校寝室文化建设的工作实际,对高职院校寝室文化建设方式和途径作了进一步的探索,提出了寝室文化建设要坚持“一盘棋”的思想,注重发挥学生干部的主动性,调动学生的广泛参与性,并在坚持校园文化主旋律的基础上探索丰富多彩的寝室文化活动的思考.

Exploration and Practice of Dormitory Culture Construction in Vocational Colleges

Constructing dormitory culture in vocational colleges is necessary and important for building campus culture,promoting students’ physical and psychological development,and improving students’ comprehensive quality.According to the reality of dormitory culture construction in higher vocational colleges,the paper,after studying on its methods and ways,proposes that,dormitory culture construction should be integral coordination which focuses on mobilizing student leaders’ initiative and participation.Furthermore,based on the theme of campus culture,the paper explores meaningful activities of dormitory culture.
