区域物流竞争力评价指标、方法和实证——以湖南省为例

本文通过对区域物流竞争力解释性因素评判,建立了一套三级区域物流竞争力评价指标体系,并对湖南省各地区之间物流竞争力作横向比较。运用基于方差加权与熵值法相结合的综合赋权的非线性评价模型对区域中各地区的物流竞争力指数进行了计量,所得结果完全符合各地物流实际发展状况。该评价体系有进一步推广实证的价值。

Evaluation Indexes, Methods and Empirical Study on the Competitiveness of Regional Logistics: the Case of Hunan Province

The focus and innovation of this paper is setting up a three-level evaluation index system of regional logistics competitiveness based on comprehensive explanatory factors.And for the first time the horizontal comparison of logistics competitiveness is made among areas in a certain regions.In this paper,the region’s logistics competitiveness indexes are measured by firstly using a non-linear model which is based on the method of variance weighting combined with entropy method.The results are completely in line with the actual development of the logistics in target areas.Obviously the evaluation system will be of great value to us for further promotion and research.
