| 摘 要： | 大中小城镇应协调发展,小城镇有自身的发展机制和规律,其发展表现为城镇规模的扩大和产业的发展,本文针对湖南省小城镇实际.分析归纳了多种促进城镇规模扩大和产业发展的机制,建立了多种适应我省小城镇发展的多模式,并提出了建设好小城镇的对策.
