| 摘 要： | 文章以广东产业转型升级为背景,寻求在广东产业转型升级过程中与之匹配的＂最优＂金融结构模式,为广东产业发展提供理论支持。认为广东产业转型过程中最优的金融结构是存在大量能够为中小企业提供融资的中小银行金融机构,并需要能够加大为高成长、高风险等新兴科技产业分散风险在金融市场上直接融资力度的金融机构体系,而银行中介依然占主导地位。
