摘    要:针对球铁铸管内壁渣多、延伸率合格率低、压扁率合格率低等问题,应用低稀土低硅球化剂进行了实验,结果显示:球铁铸管渣量减少,延伸率合格率、压扁率合格率分别提高了25.3% 和19.4% 。

Abstract:The nodulizer containing small amounts of rare earth and silicon is applied to experiment in order to solve the problems of slag clinging to the inside wall of ductile lron pipe and low percentage of elongation and flattening up to standard.The result indicates that the amount of slag is reduced and the percentage of elongation and flattening up to standard are improved by 25.3 % and 19.4% respectively.
