| 摘 要： | 增强物流企业核心竞争力有利于推动区域经济的发展。对宜昌物流企业深入调查研究的基础上,发现宜昌物流企业普遍存在定位不准、服务能力不足、整体素质较差等制约提升核心竞争力的因素。根据竞争力理论,借鉴国内外物流企业培育核心竞争力的经验,并结合宜昌实际,提出利用地理区位以及政策优势,科学定位、树立品牌、增强服务能力的发展对策。
