首先在分析建筑施工企业核心竞争力内涵的基础上,建立了中国建筑施工企业核心竞争力评价指标体系,建筑施工企业核心竞争力的决定因素主要由企业决策与经营能力、技术创新能力、融资与财务能力、市场运作与组织协调能力、施工管理能力和人力资源优势六个部分构成.然后给出了中国建筑施工企业核心竞争力的评价方法.最后分析了中国建筑施工企业核心竞争力评价指标体系可以运用于核心竞争力发展走势、未来建筑施工企业将面临的主要挑战、与核心竞争力第一企业的比较、企业优势指标与劣势指标以及模拟竞争力等方面的分析研究.

Research on Evaluation and Application of Core Competence of Construction Enterprise in China

In the first place,based on the analysis of the core competence of construction enterprises in China,the core competence evaluation system of construction enterprises was established.The main determining factors of core competence include the capacity of decision-making and management,the capacity of technological innovation,financial capability,the ability of market operation and cordination,the capacity of construction management and the superiority of human resources.Then the paper presented the evaluation methodology core competence of Chinese construction enterprise.Finally,the evaluation system of Chinese construction enterprises' core competence can be applied to the development trend of the core competence,the major challenge of construction enterprises in future,comparison with the first enterprises of core competence,the superior and inferior indexes as well as the simulative analysis of competence.
