绿色空间与经济发展典型要素时空匹配性研究 ——以浙江省为例

摘    要:
研究目的:分析2000—2019年浙江省绿色空间与经济发展典型要素的时空匹配特征,探讨其匹配的公平性,为国土空间生态修复规划提供理论支持。研究方法:基尼系数、泰尔指数、重心模型。研究结果:(1)2000—2019年浙江省绿色空间与人口处于相对匹配的状态,绿色空间与GDP处于匹配比较合理状态,杭州市的空间匹配度最低,舟山市、湖州市和嘉兴市的空间匹配度最高;(2)浙江省绿色空间与经济发展典型要素的空间匹配与城区分布格局有关,分散型城区比集聚型城区匹配度高;(3)随着经济发展水平的不断提高,浙江省绿色空间与经济发展典型要素的空间匹配度在不断减弱。研究结论:为了促进浙江省绿色空间资源的合理利用及提高与经济发展要素的匹配度,需要及时调整产业结构、人口分布并积极开展生态修复规划,从而使绿色空间匹配度不断增强,更具公平性。

Spatial-Temporal Matching between Green Space and Typical Elements of Economic Development: A Case Study on Zhejiang Province
Abstract:
The purposes of this paper are to analyze the spatial-temporal matching characteristics of green space and typical elements of economic development from 2000 to 2019 in Zhejiang Province, and to explore the fairness of the matching, so as to provide a theoretical support for the ecological restoration planning. The methods of Gini coefficient, Theil index and gravity center model are used. The research results showed that: 1)the green space and population of Zhejiang Province from 2000 to 2019 are relatively matched, and the green space and GDP are in a relatively reasonable state. The lowest spatial matching appears in Hangzhou, while the highest spatial matching appears in Zhoushan, Huzhou and Jiaxing. 2)The spatial-temporal matching of green space and typical elements of economic development in Zhejiang Province is related to the distribution of urban areas, and the matching degree of decentralized urban areas is higher than that of agglomerated urban areas. 3)Due to the continuous improvement of economic development, the spatial-temporal matching degree of green space and typical elements of economic development in Zhejiang Province is constantly weakening. In conclusion, in order to promote the rational utilization of green space resources in Zhejiang Province and improve the matching degree with the elements of economic development, it is necessary to adjust the industrial structure and population distribution as well as actively carry out ecological restoration planning, so that the matching degree with green space can be continuously enhanced and become fairer.
